When you use the Leads campaign, you can add notes to individual text response. This makes it useful to keep track of particular customers.
1. Click on your Keyword List under Keywords on your Dashboard.
2. Select View Responses on your Keyword's drop down menu.
3. Choose the text response you would like to make a note on, and click its View tab.
4. In the Notes section, enter any notes you would like to attach to the specific text response. Click Save.
