What are successful and unsuccessful messages?

When creating Competitions, you will be asked to enter a "successful" and "unsuccessful" message.

The "successful" message is the bounce back message your customers will receive when they text in the correct answer (thus be entered in the draw) OR when they achieve being one of the first to text and become an automatic winner.

 

The "unsuccessful" message is the bounce back message your customers will receive when they text in the wrong answer OR when they fail to be one of the first "X" customers to text in (X being number of winners, for example if X equals 5, the first 5 customers to text in are winners).

 

To maximise your communication, we suggest that you include a website link for them to further explore your business or organisation.
