How do I set up notifications for Txt Chat?

You can receive email notifications for incoming Txt Chat messages. It alerts you to respond to your customers in a timely fashion.

 

1. To set up notifications, go to your Keyword List page and select Notifications on your Keyword's drop down menu.

 

 

2. Choose the frequency you would like to receive notifications. Enter the email address you would like this to be sent to. For multiple recipients, enter following email addresses on a new individual line. Click Update.

 

Make sure you check your Spam folder too and untag it as Spam so it arrives in your Inbox.
