How do I limit the number of texts from each customer?

You can limit the number of texts from customer in Surveys, Draws and Competitions.


1. From your Keyword List, choose the Keyword you want to put a limit on.


2. Click on the action drop down menu and select Edit.




3. Under Limits, select the frequency you desire, then click Update.


NB: For a Redeem Campaign, each customer will automatically receive 1 unique code per phone number.
