Can I manually add responses to my campaign database?

Yes.

There may be times where your customers have contacted you outside of SMS to take part in your campaign or you want to add a number manually to a database.

 

You can choose to enter them into your database of responses manually.

 

1. Click Keyword List on your Dashboard. Select View Responses on the Keyword's action drop down menu. 

 

2. Click on the Tools Tab on your left and select Add new message. 

 

3. Enter the phone number and message you want to add to your database of responses. Click Add.

 

The new entry will now display in your table of responses:
