Why are there multiple entries from one phone number?

You can limit the number of texts from each customer. From once only to unlimited. This can be done by going to your Keyword List:


1. Choose your Keyword, and click on its Action drop down menu. Select Edit.


2. Under Limits, select the frequency of texts you want to allow for each customer.  Then click Update.
