There are four common reasons:
1. When advertising the campaign for customers to text to 9090, was the Keyword advertised ie. were customers informed to begin their message with the Keyword?
2. Check if the Keyword was not accidentally deleted from your Keyword List.
3. Check if the Keyword was correctly assigned to the right campaign type ie. Competitions. Also check the corresponding message fields in its initial set up were properly filled in i.e. Correct answers and Incorrect answers were properly entered on the set up page for Competitions.
4. For the Txt 4 Info campaign Email option, make sure you advertise for the customers to leave a space after the Keyword followed by their email address.
